Use a guided step-by-step artmaking process to bring that image to life in a painting—no matter whether you’re a novice painter or an expert! This painting will serve as a powerful visioning and manifesting exercise.
Set smart goals. Then we’ll create a list of powerful, concrete action steps towards reaching our goal.
Lastly, we’ll brainstorm healthy, motivating rewards that will be pegged to each action step to keep us accountable and on track.
My video lessons guide you carefully and completely every step of the way, and if you want a sense of camaraderie and group accountability, I have an optional private Facebook group for this course for those who prefer online community. If you prefer to work through the lessons privately, that is perfectly fine.

The course is designed as a self-guided retreat for the new year, but it’s really a process you can do to acknowledge the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next. For this reason, this course is available year round so you can purchase it and dive right in at the time that’s relevant to you.
What do I get when I sign up for this course?

What materials do I need to plan on purchasing for this course?
You will get a detailed materials list when you register for the course. We use a range of mixed-media art supplies in this course, including acrylic paint. You can paint very affordably, if you paint with craft paint or paints that are on sale, and if you are able to find re-used surfaces to paint on. You can also spend a LOT of money if you buy the top quality professional paints, brushes, and canvases. I will go into more detail when you register but at a minimum you are going to want a painting surface, (such as a wood panel or canvas), along with at least a half a dozen colors of paint, brushes, pens, drawing pencils, and drawing paper.
