In this course, join me for a guided creative process as we:

• Reflect back on the past year… We’ll take a look at where we’ve been. We'll journal about the journey and how it has impacted us.

• Go inward! We will allow ourselves to dream big. We’ll see what imagery comes up that symbolizes our big dream!

• Use a guided step-by-step artmaking process to bring that image to life in a painting—no matter whether you’re a novice painter or an expert! This painting will serve as a powerful visioning and manifesting exercise.

• Set smart goals. Then we’ll create a list of powerful, concrete action steps towards reaching our goal.

• Lastly, we’ll brainstorm healthy, motivating rewards that will be pegged to each action step to keep us accountable and on track.

My video lessons guide you carefully and completely every step of the way, and if you want a sense of camaraderie and group accountability, I have an optional private Facebook group for this course for those who prefer online community. If you prefer to work through the lessons privately, that is perfectly fine.
